Dong Quat is a tiny hamlet in the mid-coastal Vietnamese province of Quang Ngai. Built around Petrovietnam's Dong Quat Refinery, Dong Quat is an uncommon tourist destination, but for some visitors of the nearby My Lai Massacre site. As such, there are few English speakers, and even fewer hotels with English-speaking staff. There are no hotels at all, as a matter of fact, within the town itself. The closest accommodation is in nearby Quang Ngai City.
